After working for gbsg for 5 years, could not wait to leave. Another member of staff was having a marriage breakup, and they wanted to discipline him for it. The main director is way out of touch with the engineers. He is continuously having a go at them for jobs not being completed on time, even though they are waiting on materials to complete the jobs. The turn over of engineers is amazing, and most have not done this type of work and are out on their own after a month or two, then they are continuously on the phone asking for advice. Stay away from this once excellent company, they are a joke within the industry. What you see at the web pages are far from truth. Wish I could give this once 5 star company 0 stars but I can't, so 1 is the lowest.

Can't give no stars so had to give them 1. Terrible place, poorly trained staff and too many mistakes made. Security service are poor and the staff have very little enthusiasm. One member of staff told me how awful the place was, thanks to him I took my business elsewhere and I'm happier using the new company. Dont use them.

installation work is good, but since new staff have been introduced to the office things arn't so good regarding communication with loyal customers......
